SFTS Lodge Friday Night Conversation 2-12-10

In the 1920s, groups formed to discuss “the Matrix of all matter.”

Physicists tell us that 99% of all matter is empty space or “the vacuum.”

Energy is the connecting force that holds everything together.

J.R. commented on several metaphors, all attempting to explain the same awareness.  Basically, Psychics tells us much the same thing as do mystics.

Gregg Braden, author of The Divine Matrix, made a trip into the Himalayas, and asked an abbot, “What it is that connects everything?” The response was immediate — “compassion.” The follow-up question: “Is compassion an experience or a force?” The response, again, was immediate. “Both.”

A lively discussion followed.
